Good health doesn’t just happen it is something you have to plan in order to attain and maintain. Most people often are looking for that instant gratification…I go on this crash/fade diet…drop 50lbs quickly and then just resume where I left off…but the fact it…in order to help the body maintain optimum health you must incorporate a set of new lifestyle habits.
When I began to look at few things I could change right away…the first thing I had to admit was that I did not drink enough water. Now the decision came to what kind of water…bottled, tapped or ionized. I decided ionized and one of the reason why was the benefits it provides for the digestive system.
Our typical diet creates a layer of mucous throughout our digestive tract which deposits on the intestines where the nutrients from our food are absorbed. Over the years this layer becomes thicker and despite eating healthy food you can be malnourished. The body is unable to take in nutrients effectively when the digestive tract is clogged. The intestines become the living ground for partially digested food, drugs and other toxins that never make their way out the body. For many the intestines swell only leaving only a pencil size opening for the body waste to try to make its’ way through.
I had heard a lot about ionized water and I was as skeptical as the next person until I actually had the opportunity to drink it. The first thing I noticed was the increase in elimination which for me had always been a problem. The reason this occurred is that ionized water helps flush the digestive tract.
Due to the molecular structure of ionized water it is able to penetrate the mucous build up that is attached to the intestines and help move it out the body. Once this whole cleansing (detoxification) process takes place there is better absorption of nutrients and the normal functioning of the digestive tract returns.
If you have experienced the benefits of ionized water let me hear some of your experiences or if you want further information contact me.
